Dr. Victor Horsley has been performing minimally invasive surgeries on the foot and ankle for the last 25 years. A graduate of Howard University, majoring in zoology and chemistry, he felt that his services were needed in the medical field of podiatry. Dr. Horsley went on to receive his doctorate from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He studied traditional and plastic reconstruction and surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Horsley strongly believes that health is wealth. He not only cares about healthy feet, he also encourages his patients and staff to live healthy lives through diet and exercise. He gives back to the community by mentoring high school students, attending health fairs, seminars and participating in the co-op program for senior high school students in the area.
